SendSmall processes the files you choose on your device. The app has no developer-run processing server, accounts, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK.

What stays in the app

SendSmall makes private working copies of the selected video and temporary exports in its app storage. Working files are cleaned up when you reset or replace the workflow, and stale app-owned temporary files are cleared on launch. A successful new compression replaces the previous temporary result. A preferred target is stored locally in an app-owned settings file. SendSmall does not automatically sync videos, workflows or settings between devices. Save an output to a destination you choose if you need to keep it.

Permissions and your providers

The system Photos picker lets you choose particular videos; SendSmall does not request broad access to your entire library to import them. The system may request permission if you choose to save a finished video to Photos. Files access is limited to items you choose.

Photos or Files may download an item from your own iCloud or other cloud provider. Those providers handle that transfer under their own policies. SendSmall does not upload your working library to a developer service. Device backup may include app data depending on your system settings.

When you choose to share

System sharing sends the finished file to the app, person or destination you select. In the prepared Mac version, Save Video Copy writes a copy to the folder you choose. Saving to your own cloud drive or sending a video to another device is handled by that destination; it transfers the selected file rather than SendSmall workflow state. That recipient receives the file and may process or retain it under its own policy. Nothing is sent to our support inbox automatically.

Support email

If you email awfasano@gmail.com, we receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive files unless needed and deliberately shared. Ask by email if you would like a support conversation deleted; some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

This website

This static website does not add analytics, advertising scripts, tracking cookies, signup forms or remote fonts. Its hosting provider may receive normal request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the pages. Email links open your mail app; they do not submit a form to this website.

Removing your working data

Use reset or replacement to clear active working files. The preferred target is a local setting. Use the app’s reset action to clear active temporary working files before removing the app. Copies previously saved or shared elsewhere remain at those destinations. Original source files are not deleted by clearing the app’s workflow.
